Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Zurii. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order safely to your door.

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day. During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know via email if that's the case.

2. Delivery Times Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is therefore 9–19 business days in most cases.

These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Carriers, customs, and weather can occasionally cause delays.

3. Order Tracking After your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to update before the tracking becomes active.

Important: Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you haven't received any shipping or order emails. Add support@zurii.store to your safe-sender list to avoid missing updates.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses It is your responsibility to provide a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to address errors. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, email us at support@zurii.store as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

5. Customs, Duties & International Orders For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. Customs processing can occasionally add delays outside our control.

6. Shipping Delays Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes (sales, launches, holidays).
  • Carrier or customs backlogs.
  • Weather events, natural disasters, or strikes.
  • Other circumstances outside our control.

If a delay occurs on our side, we'll email you proactively — again, please check spam/junk.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of placement, contact us at support@zurii.store and we'll investigate immediately.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Parcels

If the carrier marks your parcel as "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

  • Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side gate, neighbours).
  • Confirm the address on your order confirmation matches your shipping address.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number — they may have GPS-stamped delivery photos.
  • Wait 2–3 business days — parcels are sometimes marked delivered slightly early.

Zurii's responsibility ends once the carrier confirms delivery. If a parcel is marked delivered but reported as stolen, taken, or missing from your property, this is not the responsibility of Zurii. However, we genuinely care about our customers and will do everything reasonably possible to assist — including contacting the carrier on your behalf, filing an investigation, and providing all documentation needed for you to lodge a claim with the carrier or your local authorities.

For added protection, we recommend selecting signature on delivery or shipping insurance at checkout where offered.

8. Risk of Loss Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Insurance and proof-of-delivery options offered at checkout are your responsibility to select.

9. Damaged or Lost-in-Transit Parcels If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier (i.e. not marked delivered), please refer to our Refund Policy — we will make it right with either a replacement or full refund.
