We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock shortages, or breach of these Terms. Your order is only accepted once we send a confirmation email and the payment has cleared.

  • In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Lost, stolen, or mis-delivered parcels after confirmed delivery are not our responsibility, although we will assist where possible (see Shipping Policy).

8. Refunds & Returns All refunds, replacements, and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the Site — including the Zurii name, logo, product names, copy, images, videos, customer review formats, and design — is owned by Zurii or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zurii disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
